Last week, the Cambridge Spy sat down with Frank Narr from Sailwinds Park, Inc. for a short history lesson about the Cambridge Waterfront project. As someone working on the massive urban renewal site for close to three decades, Frank might be one of the few in town that could provide that kind of extraordinary background to what promises to be a transformational moment for Dorchester County. We highly recommend that our readers view that segment here.
Part two of our conversation with Frank focuses on the “here and now” thinking that has taken place so far on the 35-acre zone. Beyond his unofficial role as project historian, he continues to work as the project representative for Sailwinds Park but more recently was appointed to the Cambridge Waterfront Development, Inc. (CWDI) board.
In the upcoming months, the Cambridge Spy will be sharing our interviews with other stakeholders as the community focuses on what could be one of the most transformational civic projects in its 300-year history.
This video is approximately eight minutes in length.
