The Dorchester County Health Department (DCHD) continues to offer COVID-19 vaccines at their Satellite COVID Office located at 10 Aurora St in Cambridge. The DCHD plans to continue offering booster clinics at this location. Clinic dates and times will remain the same: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am-12 pm and 1 pm-3 pm, and on Thursdays, clinics are available from 9 am-12 pm & 1 pm-5:30 pm (early evening hours available). The DCHD offers Moderna and Pfizer vaccines at each clinic and no longer has monovalent vaccines available. Individuals can park in the front parking lot, and walk-ins are welcome. Those interested in receiving the vaccine are encouraged to pre-register by calling 410-228-0235.
Mobile Clinics
The DCHD is also available to coordinate onsite bivalent booster clinics at any community-based organization, faith-based organization, or business. Those interested in scheduling a mobile clinic should call 410-228-0235.
Homebound Vax Services
The DCHD continues to provide homebound vaccination services, emphasizing that an individual does not have to be fully “homebound” to qualify. Those who have mobility issues are encouraged to call 410-228-0235 to schedule an appointment.
COVID-19 Testing
Drive-up/curbside testing is available by appointment Monday-Friday at 10 Aurora Street in Cambridge. Curbside Rapid COVID-19 PCR Tests are available for symptomatic individuals by appointment. Those interested should bring their insurance cards, and there is no out-of-pocket fee for those without insurance. Appointments can be scheduled daily by calling 410-228-0235.
Free Rapid At-Home Tests & Masks
Free rapid at-home tests and masks are available to the public anytime Monday through Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm. Those interested should drive up and call 410-228-0235 to have the items brought to their car. Community organizations or offices that need at-home rapid tests or KN95 masks should call to coordinate timely delivery or pick-up.

The DCHD encourages everyone to come out and learn more about upcoming health events that include health programming from the COVID-19 Resilience Team, Immunizations, MCHIP, Health Education (Smoking Cessation, Substance Use Prevention), Adult Evaluation Services, STI prevention & Early Intervention Services:
- Rapid Drive-Thru Giveaway on Friday, April 7th from 10 am-12 pm at the Dorchester County Health Department front parking lot
- Health Fair & Soup Day on Wednesday, April 19th from 10 am-1 pm at the Elks on Pine Street
- YAC Cosplay Play-Day on Saturday, April 22nd from 11 am-3 pm at the Hurlock Community Center
Equitable Access to Vaccines, Testing, and Therapeutics
The DCHD will continue to work diligently to maintain equitable access to vaccines, testing, and therapeutics for COVID-19 beyond the Public Health Emergency expiration slated for May 11th.
