For some time, the Groove City Black Heritage & Culture Group has hosted a unique festival in Cambridge which over time has become the heart and soul of the community. Held annually on the 3rd Saturday in August, the Groove City Culture Fest is a family-friendly, cultural experience that includes performances by national and local recording artists, local youth and church organizations, visual art exhibit, health and wellness education, African-inspired goods and fashion, spoken word and delicious ethnic, local foods.
That special moment took place last weekend and we send Julian Jackson, our special spy in Cambridge, to capture this heartwarming celebration of life in our special community.
