Last month, WHCP and the Cambridge Spy began a new collaborative program with the new mayor of Cambridge, Andrew Bradshaw, on a monthly check-in on some of the more significant issues and opportunities the city faces throughout 2021.
This month we continue with Mayor Bradshaw on his impressions of the community survey results regarding the city’s Waterfront project, the budget issues, including the need to offer competitive police officer salaries, local recycling, and the status of youth summer programming at the Dorchester County-owned facility on Leonards Lane.
We also talk to the Mayor about Cambridge’s future as the city enters a post-covid world later this summer.
This video is approximately 16 minutes in length.
Donna Towers says
It is so important to actually hear what our Mayor has to say rather than to read someone else’s interpretation of what is said. You prepped the listeners, asked clear questions, moved along quickly, providing a great update for our citizens.
